A structured 8-week performance program combining periodised upper/lower body strength training, targeted plyometrics and sprints plus integrated mobility training. Each week consists of four structured training days, systematically progressing in intensity and volume.
Video material is provided for each training day to demonstrate the exercises.

About me:My name is Umran Saied, I’m 23 years old and I am still actively playing and continuously developing my performance on and off the pitch.Throughout my career, I competed in the youth Regionalliga and later in the men’s Oberliga. I also compete in the ICON League, facing high-level players in an intense, competitive environment. I‘ve played against Toni Kroos and other big name players in this competition.My training approach is built on real match experience and the physical demands of competitive football. I understand exactly what footballers and athletes need: explosiveness, strength, speed and mobility.
